Wednesday morning briefing: A comedy, a talent search and jazz

Good morning and welcome to the Wednesday briefing.

Comedy

“The Queen of Bingo,” is a stage comedy in the style of the Carol Burnett Show.

It’s at 7 p.m. in the Marshall Auditorium and part of the Clovis Community College Cultural Arts series.

“Hooray for Hollywood” auditions are noon to 2 p.m. Saturday at the Lyceum Theater, 411 Main St., Clovis.

Eastern New Mexico University’s 12th annual Jazz Festival is 2 p.m. Thursday at Buchanan Hall of the Music Building.
